Concept Design

Once we've ensured we clearly understand what you would like from your site we move into the design process. The design will focus on exploring the options to suit your brief. We will look at ways we can add value to your site and provide better function to the spaces and present you with ideas so you can better visualize the potential of your property. Through stage two of our process we will closer assess possible budgets and recommendations for staging; this may result in the design being altered to suit.

 If you have a clear budget in mind let us know and we can work towards achieving all your goals.  

To make sure your dream landscape is achievable; we research your site and take a look at all the practicalities and style issues when drafting your design. We assess the ways to create an outdoor space that's not just well proportioned but has comfortable forms and flows, we will make planting suggestions, consider lighting effects and the surfacing options for your garden and your budget. We also take the local council and building requirements into account when drafting the design – in fact, our designers have a clear understanding of council regulations and can help suggest ways to minimise or manage consent requirements where appropriate. 

Once we've drafted the design, we'll then give you the heads-up on how much the project will cost, and how long it will take to complete. Some projects require further design development, for these we can provide cost options, assess possibly staging options and look closer at the design elements with you.
